Insomnia: The Disgusted Sleeplessness



One of the supreme challenges faced in modern day life is to have a stress free and unperturbed lifestyle. Today we are living are living a very complicated life where we have busy days and even nights. Ever increasing pressure and burden of demands have made people restless. The strange thing to notice is that even due to the advancements in technology, we are having more stressful and traumatic life.

With this phase of transition  in our lifestyle, many people are suffering from higher levels of stress thus, affecting health and wellbeing. This has increased the interference in our natural sleeping patterns. Today millions of people are facing difficulty in sleeping. This problem is often known as “insomnia”.


Insomnia or sleeplessness is one of the most ordinary problems in the present world. It has become a symptom, rather than a disease. You may suffer difficulty in staying asleep, falling asleep or frequent awakenings. Life usually gets messed up in the absence of enough sleep.  The quality of sleep is very important.

The good news for all the suffers is that there are various easy and natural sleeping remedy to tackle insomnia. Some useful tips include:

1.      Alcohol and stimulants, such as caffeine and nicotine must be avoided.
2.      Exercise should be done regularly in order to promote better sleep
3.      We should not eat two or three hours before bedtime.
4.      Napping during  the day  should be avoided 

 The most important thing is that we should keep regular waking and bedtime hours.
These things must be considered to gain a healthy and prosperous life.
